Something like Cookie Monster but...

Made this for a Birthday Party. 

As soon as i heard it was for a boy's birthday, I was dumbfounded! >_<

I've always done cupcakes for girls - the usual Pink or Red or White. This time, I wanted to try out something new..hence the Cookie Monster Inspired Cupcakes! =)
